what is servo?

A servo is a type of rotary actualtor that can move to a specific position very accurately like a muscle in human body.

You'll find servos in lots of different applications, from robots to remote-controlled toys, helping them move precisely and smoothly.

Servo motor consists of 4 main parts:1. AC or DC motor 2. Potentiometer 3.Control circuit 4. Gear assembly

Primary Types of servo motors:1. AC servo motor       (Requires AC power supply)2. Dc servo motor      (Requires DC power supply)

Application: servo motors are widely used in remote-controlled toys,  robotics,   vehicles, automation systems and so on.

How to use servo with arduino?

servo motors are compatible with Arduino boards and can be programmed using the built in libraries to perform any rotational task.

1. Arduino uno board 2. Breadboard 3. Jumper wires 4. Servo motor (SG09) 5. 10 k preset 6. Screw driver
